Healthy Lifestyle


This 12-week program provides nutrition, stress management, fitness education and exercise in a small group setting to help you learn how to develop healthy habits and ultimately lead a healthy lifestyle.


This program includes:


  • Pre and post program biometric screenings inclusive of blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and BMI

  • Two 60-minute sessions each week available in the morning or afternoon. One session each week is led by a Dietitian, the other by a Healthy Lifestyle Coach
