VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ages 25-55

  • Do not currently exercise on a regular basis

  • Will take a supervised fitness profile at the start and end of program

  • Will commit to exercise five times per week for three-week program

PROGRAM INCLUDES​​

  • Small Group Training Sessions

  • Fitness & Nutrition Guidelines

  • Nutrition and Exercise Journal 

  • Unlimited access to Beaumont Health Club and facilities
