Our MOMease Program is designed to provide support through fitness and wellness in a variety of different ways to women who are considering pregnancy, currently pregnant, or new mothers. During any of these periods, you may feel the need for some assistance and Beaumont’s MOMease program is here for you.
At any time during your journey you may need guidance with nutrition, a way to incorporate fitness into your daily routine or even need to talk and network with women who have had similar questions and experiences. We provide both social connection with women who can relate to all you’re going through and expert guidance on what to really expect from
pre-conception to even after your new bundle of joy arrives.

What You Can Expect
Led by Beaumont Health Club's certified and degreed Fitness Coach, the group support sessions are the cornerstone of our program.
The session begins with an open dialogue about pregnancy expectations with our experts in fitness and nutrition, and ends with a 30 minute fitness session designed
to equip all participants with the tools to enable you to be as a active and healthy as possible up to and after delivery.
